One identity across every record
The VIN, manufacturer, legal model, production date, battery label, motor, inlet and installed equipment are compared across source documents and the vehicle. Atto 3 and Yuan Plus names remain visible, but neither replaces legal identity.
Inspection and energy evidence
Dated media, structure, underbody, battery enclosure, diagnostics, charging, road behaviour, tyres, cabin functions and history form one inspection file. Battery conclusions state method and limitations. A normal display is not a battery certificate.
Commercial controls
The seller’s authority over the VIN, contract entity, beneficiary, quotation validity and included work are independently checked. A changed vehicle, entity, account, route or price reopens approval.
Export boundary
China-side work can document identity, condition, commercial authority, export steps and loading. It cannot promise destination tax, charging access, app service, conformity, registration, warranty or insurance.

A controlled file makes evidence and unresolved risk visible. It does not guarantee future reliability, battery life, software access, delivery date or destination approval.
Evidence retention and handover
The working file preserves original identity documents, translations, dated media, inspection findings, accepted exceptions, quotation, contract, beneficiary verification, export records and loading condition. Rejected or superseded evidence remains marked with its reason and date. This helps the buyer, inspector, exporter, carrier and destination workshop understand the same vehicle without relying on a sales conversation.
Buyer and destination responsibility
The buyer should obtain competent destination advice for import age, steering side, electrical standards, taxation, conformity, registration and insurance before payment. Where an answer expires or depends on a specific VIN, version or route, the file records the refresh point.
