Atto 3 Purchase Contract: Define the VIN and Equipment

An Atto 3 purchase needs a specific accepted vehicle and equipment record, not only the name Yuan Plus or a broad export price. Keep original-market identity, actual battery and inlet, condition, supplied accessories and agreed work connected through handover. Use qualified trade and legal advisers for the transaction and destination. This operational checklist does not create a contract or guarantee rights; it makes the accepted vehicle and relevant commercial responsibilities easier to reconcile.

Separate sourcing requirements from a selected purchase

Use the current sourcing process to distinguish a buyer brief, conditional availability and the car actually accepted. A representative image or model-level quote does not reserve a specific VIN. If selection remains open, record the evidence and assessment still required rather than imply unknown stock is approved. Retain dated seller authority and availability information. Ask appropriate advisers how the accepted vehicle is incorporated into the actual agreement. The buyer needs to understand which stage a commitment authorises before preparation, payment or shipment is treated as approval to proceed, with no assumption that one familiar model name or quoted amount settles every later technical and documentary requirement.

Record original legal identity and installed systems

Preserve VIN, original-language model, production, market and status records. The Atto 3/Yuan Plus identity guide keeps search names useful while legal and physical configuration remain central. Use the EVO identification file where relevant; another generation cannot inherit an earlier car’s acceptance. Record actual battery, inlet and drive arrangement instead of a generic promise of a familiar range label. Applicable documents should refer to the same selected vehicle. A changed VIN needs affected review even where the supplier repeats the battery or trim name. This prevents configuration details from silently moving between source records, sales wording and the car prepared for the next handover stage.

List supplied equipment and legitimate operating functions

Inventory accepted keys, suitable cables, relevant accessories, roadside items and any retained or removed equipment. Use the key and account handover, V2L/accessory record and recovery-equipment file for actual inclusion and support scope. Separate physical hardware from account eligibility, subscriptions or regional services. Do not treat an unspecified future firmware change, borrowed login or unapproved charging conversion as completed equipment. List essential demonstrated functions and accepted limitations. Clear inclusion helps the buyer understand what the price purchases, particularly when a missing item or service would change the intended charging routine, receiving work or comparison with another otherwise similar vehicle.

Preserve accepted condition and necessary work

Reference the dated inspection baseline, relevant battery evidence and openly accepted limits. New-car specification and delivery-condition checks differ from used-duty assessment. Identify scoped work, appropriate providers and relevant confirmation before the applicable acceptance stage. A wash, fresh warning display or final photograph cannot replace an agreed technical result. A recent service also does not reconstruct all earlier history. Retain what was accepted as observed, what is to be changed and which outcomes are still hold points. Qualified advisers should connect this technical file with the actual commercial terms rather than leave essential preparation only in informal sales messages whose meaning at handover may be unclear.

Align commercial and delivery responsibilities

Use the landed-cost worksheet for dated currencies, inclusions, delivery point and unresolved destination tasks. Obtain appropriate advice about payment, title, risk, delivery, dispute and remedy conditions for the actual transaction; no universal rights are asserted. A named delivery rule does not replace the complete sales agreement. Independently verify commercial party and beneficiary through a known trusted route, especially when instructions change, and do not send unnecessary financial credentials in general enquiries. Keep who prepares documents, confirms destination eligibility and authorises carrier work explicit. Broad wording such as “export ready” should not absorb unconfirmed charging, coverage, registration or documentary responsibilities into a promise whose actual scope is undefined.

Control substitutions and retain final acceptance evidence

Agree how proposed VIN changes, additional work or altered equipment are reviewed by appropriate parties. Reassess affected identity, condition, fitment and price before accepting a substitution. Use the pre-shipment comparison after work or movement to retain relevant current observations and included items. Final vehicle acceptance does not itself establish carrier, insurer or destination approval. Preserve a dated evidence pack for receiving checks and first-service planning. The purpose is a transaction whose agreed vehicle and responsibilities stay understandable from selection to handover, without claiming this practical checklist or a third-party model document automatically makes every Atto 3 purchase legally complete or guarantees every regional function abroad.

Compare the acceptance conditions

Accepted schedule reconciles
Actual identity, equipment, condition, scoped work and responsibilities refer to one selected transaction.
Proposal stays conditional
Selection or essential provider and assessment answers are pending and should be stated openly.
Review the proposed change
Another VIN or altered system needs affected technical checks and appropriate commercial acceptance.

Questions before you buy

Is a model-level export quote a selected VIN purchase?

No. Keep sourcing, assessment and commercial acceptance stages explicit before the relevant commitment.

Does a named delivery rule complete the agreement?

No. Obtain appropriate advice for the actual transaction and address the remaining commercial and technical conditions.

Primary and regional references

Each reference describes its own market or commercial scope; it does not identify the offered VIN or prove its condition or availability.
